Multi-Account Portfolio Management

Modern traders frequently manage multiple broker accounts, funded prop firm evaluations, and personal live accounts simultaneously. The Account Management module in Settings centralizes your entire multi-broker portfolio into a unified telemetry dashboard.

1. Connecting & Provisioning Accounts

Navigate to Settings > Account Management (accounts tab):

1. Account Number: Enter the exact broker-assigned account login/ticket number to ensure precise trade attribution.
2. Platform Type: Select your trading environment (MT4, MT5, or NinjaTrader 8).
3. Base Currency: Specify the account denomination (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).

2. Initial Balance & Return Telemetry

For each connected account, configure its metadata and starting capital:

Initial Balance Formulation

Setting an accurate starting balance is mandatory for the Analytics engine to compute percentage returns, equity growth curves, and maximum drawdown percentages:

• Zero Balance Warning: Leaving the initial balance at zero forces the analytics engine into nominal monetary mode (), disabling percentage-based performance benchmarking.

Custom Account Descriptions

Assign descriptive tags (up to 50 characters)—such as "Topstep Funded 50k", "Personal Swing Account", or "Algo Scalper". These labels appear dynamically in global multi-account selector dropdowns across the Dashboard and Trade Log.

3. Dedicated EA & Webhook Tokens

• Per-Account Security Tokens: Each registered account is provisioned with a unique webhook_token.
• Routing Isolation: EAs and webhooks use this token to route incoming executions strictly to the target account, preventing trade collisions between live and demo challenges.
